The educational programs of Whitcomb Jr.-Sr. High School are designed to promote experiences that offer all students an opportunity to develop their knowledge, abilities, skills, interests, and self-concept to their potential. The school’s programs will be student-centered and student-oriented, will develop an awareness of, appreciation for and an acceptance of individuality, and will cultivate in all students an attitude of respect for their fellow human beings and for their social and natural environment. The school will provide all students with an opportunity to develop a broad range of skills, and will promote an intellectual environment, which emphasizes personal insight and growth as well as the pursuit of knowledge as a continuing way of life. Whitcomb Jr.-Sr. High School will offer the most appropriate education to students of all ability levels and will remain sensitive and responsive to the needs of all individuals in the context of their world.
